PERSONAL INSIGHTS IN AND BETWEEN A FEW LINES

Enthusiasm is a fire that burns within me.
Soda with lemon juice refreshes me.
Inspiring people – supporting them in discovering and unfolding their true potential – is one of the most fulfilling gifts for me.
Even after many years in Vienna, my dialect still reveals that my roots lie in a small village in the countryside.
My children have shown me the way back to myself.
My absolute superpower: helping people resolve conflicts – both with themselves and with others.
My range of interests is wide and colorful.
As a child, I loved glitter and spent weeks building multi-level treehouses by the creek.
I still love glitter to this day.
Every day, I grow a little bit beyond myself.
I am the mom of a lion-strong preemie. In my heart, I am endlessly grateful for all the wonderful people who support little and big fighters and their families. Miracles happen – our everyday life is full of big and small wonders.
A few barefoot steps on damp grass and I’m instantly in the here and now.
I have bravely faced transgenerational patterns and themes. I’ve been able to break many of these inherited cycles from my ancestors – paving the way for a loving, needs-oriented, and supportive family life.
My family roots lie in a craft business.
I love reading cookbooks, discovering new recipes, or exploring new restaurants.
I can create magical things with a sewing machine.
Like a tree deeply rooted in the earth, I draw strength and courage from staying connected to my roots.
My passion for technology and craftsmanship once led me to a metal welding course.
Forests and water are my greatest sources of strength.

My technical education and many years of professional experience in product development, industrial consulting, and pharmaceutical production have given me a deep understanding of complex process and communication workflows. This knowledge enables me, even as an external consultant, to quickly grasp structures and ask the right questions – often from a fresh, unbiased perspective that opens up new ways of thinking.
