There’s a conflict within your team, and perhaps early tensions have already formed. My technical education and many years of professional experience in product development, industrial consulting, and pharmaceutical production have given me a deep understanding of complex process and communication workflows. This knowledge enables me, even as an external consultant, to quickly grasp structures and ask the right questions – often from a fresh, unbiased perspective that opens up new ways of thinking.
