“The path to excellence is made up of many small steps of improvement.
Better today than yesterday, better tomorrow than today.”
— Kaizen-Prinzip

When processes work, clarity emerges: people know what they are responsible for, interfaces mesh smoothly, and collaboration becomes easy and effective.

Processes are the backbone of an organization. They connect people, roles, systems, and structures into an effective whole. Well-designed workflows provide orientation and efficiency, ensure quality, and form the basis for sustainable development.

But organizations change. Demands grow, structures are adjusted, new roles emerge. Processes don’t always keep pace. Unclear responsibilities, duplicated work, delays, errors, or friction losses are often the result.

This is exactly where opportunities for development lie. What no longer works well today can be a valuable sign of where clarity is missing and where collaboration can be reshaped or structures developed further.

How I work

Possible focus areas for working together

At the center of my organizational development and process work is the effective interplay of people, roles, and structures.

Lasting change happens where clarity, acceptance, and feasibility come together. That is why we look not only at the process on paper, but also at the people who live it and at the interfaces where collaboration takes place.

Together we create transparency, clarify responsibilities, and develop processes that fit the reality of your organization: understandable, practical, and effective.

  • Analysis of existing processes and workflows
  • Identification of potential for optimization and development
  • Clarification of roles, responsibilities, and interfaces
  • Facilitation of cross-departmental alignment
  • Development and design of target processes
  • Documentation of high-level and detailed processes
  • Creation of key process documents
  • Support in implementing new workflows and anchoring them for the long term

Every organization is unique. That is why scope, approach, and focus are tailored to your goals, your company culture, and the specific challenges on site.

My scientific background and technical professional experience shape my analytical, structured way of thinking. Combined with my training in coaching and mediation, this gives many of the people I work with clarity and confidence.

My technical education and many years of professional experience in product development, industrial consulting, and pharmaceutical production have given me a deep understanding of complex process and communication workflows. This knowledge enables me, even as an external consultant, to quickly grasp structures and ask the right questions – often from a fresh, unbiased perspective that opens up new ways of thinking.
