Lightness. Clarity. The whole you.
Let your life sparkle.
My support is especially effective when people begin to understand themselves and their needs better, discover new perspectives, and find their own paths. When open questions lead to new clarity and people recognize their possibilities, changes can grow that feel right and last.
Methodically, my work is diverse and focused at the same time: I combine proven communication methods with mental exercises, creative impulses, body work, and systemic coaching. This creates space to pause, question the familiar, rediscover your own strengths, and develop new options for action in your personal life.
In a single coaching session, we deliberately take time for a topic that matters to you.
Over several coaching sessions that build on one another, I accompany you on your path of development with a coaching path tailored to you and your goals.

06_SELF-DETERMINATION
Shaping a life that fulfills you, one you will look back on with pride one day.
01
Clarity
You know something needs to change, but not yet exactly what.
You live many roles and carry responsibility: for yourself, for others, at work and in your private life. When so many things seem important at once, it can be hard to see what really matters.
Together we look at the whole picture: What needs your attention? What gives you energy? What can take up more space, and what less? Which patterns, expectations, and roles truly belong to you, and which did you perhaps take on from your family of origin, even though they hold you back today? Because a good balance is not a luxury. It is the foundation for staying healthy and living the roles that truly matter to you.
We sort out what binds you, what you want to change, and where you want to set new priorities, for more clarity and a life that fits you as a whole.
This is for you if ...
- you are facing an important decision
- many things are moving at once
- you are juggling different roles and expectations
- you feel that one area of life is taking up too much space
- you are lost in thought and want to see more clearly
- you sense that things shouldn’t simply carry on as they have
02
Boundaries
Staying true to yourself while staying connected with others.
You can achieve a lot, carry responsibility, and be there for others. The central question is: Which of this do you really want to live? And what do you perhaps do out of habit, a sense of duty, or because others expect it of you?
We look at what matters to you, what you truly need, where your limits lie, and how you can communicate them clearly and with appreciation, without losing sight of yourself or others.
This is for you if ...
- you say “yes” too often when you mean “no”
- you feel responsible for other people’s needs
- you sometimes notice your own needs only late
- you want more space for yourself
- you want to set boundaries without coming across as harsh or selfish
03
New direction
Your fresh start. Dream big. Focus. Reach for the stars. Now.
You have achieved a lot, and you may sense that there is still so much within you waiting to be lived: wishes, longings, ideas, and possibilities for which the time may not have been right until now.
Together we look at what truly matters to you: What is your heart’s desire? How do you want to live your relationships? What should give your life meaning and significance? And what do you want to make of it now?
This is for you if ...
- you are at a turning point, professionally or personally
- you sense that something in you wants to be lived
- you are thinking about change
- you are looking for more meaning, fulfillment, or impact
- you don’t just want to take the next step, you want to find the right one for you
04
Connection
Shaping connections consciously. Recognizing needs. Respecting boundaries
Some conversations and changes we put off out of fear or uncertainty. Yet it is precisely what remains unsaid that creates distance in relationships. We look at what wants to be said, and at what lies behind your own reactions and those of the other person. Clearly, calmly, and without losing sight of the other.
It is about understanding yourself and your needs better, getting to know other perspectives, and staying true to yourself even in difficult situations. This also applies to your relationship with your children: sensing their needs, giving them orientation and security, while keeping your own boundaries in view.
This is for you if ...
- you want to understand your children better and support them in a needs-oriented way, without losing sight of your own needs
- you ask yourself: “What do I pass on to my children, and what do I want to change?”
- an important conversation lies ahead of you
- something has changed in a relationship
- you no longer want to avoid conflict
- you want to say what truly matters to you
- you want to understand yourself and the other person better
05
Lightness
Success in flow and with playful lightness.
High standards can drive you, and exhaust you at the same time. It is not about wanting less. It is about feeling yourself and your needs again, and finding out what truly inspires and sustains you.
What happens when you stop working against yourself and work more from within? When you trust your own rhythm instead of pushing yourself further and further?
We look at what gives you energy, what takes you out of flow, and where you put unnecessary pressure on yourself. With the aim of bringing together performance, success, and personal lightness.
This is for you if ...
- you seem to have a lot under control on the outside, but often feel under pressure inside
- you sometimes notice your own needs only when it has already become too much
- you find it hard to switch off
- you are your own harshest critic and push yourself harder than anyone else ever could
- you want to feel again what is good for you and what you truly need
- you wish for more trust, lightness, and playful space

Self-determination
Shaping a life that fulfills you, one you will look back on with pride one day.
What if you don’t just shape your life around what is possible, sensible, or successful, but around what truly matters to you?
With inspiration from Ikigai, we look at what fulfills you, what you are good at, what you want to contribute, and what gives your life meaning.
And we ask a perhaps unusual, but powerful question:
When you look back on your life someday, will you be able to say: I have lived my life?
Not the life others thought was right. Not only what was expected of you. But your own.
This is for you if ...
- you have achieved a lot and done many things “right”, and you wonder what is truly yours
- you want to feel your wishes, dreams, and longings more strongly again
- you want to make decisions more independently of expectations
- you want to find out what gives your life meaning and significance today and in the future
- you don’t want to look back someday with the feeling: I should have …

I’m the mom of a lion and a princess.
My life path shapes the attitude with which I meet people. Accompanying people on their personal path of development inspires and fulfills me. As a biotechnologist, I bring a structured, analytical perspective to my work, and I enjoy working holistically, including with a view to current neurobiological insights. I still love glitter to this day, and soda with lemon refreshes me. I know what it is like to live many interests and roles at once, and how enriching this diversity can be in balance.
My superpower: helping people resolve conflicts with themselves and with others.
