Think room
“There are always more futures than we can realize.”
— Konrad Paul Liessmann
Sometimes you need a think room with someone who listens with trust, thinks along, asks questions, brings in a different perspective, and asks questions with genuine interest and a good instinct. Someone to exchange and develop ideas and approaches to solutions with.
Some call it business sparring. I call it think rooms.
For your think rooms, you bring whatever is currently on your mind and moving you: a difficult leadership decision, a change, a conflict, a new role, a situation where you can’t make progress on your own right now, or perhaps first ideas you would like to develop further together.
I listen, ask questions, offer impulses, and bring in my many years of experience from a range of leadership, business, and consulting contexts.
You bring the topic. Together we sort, question, and keep thinking.
You leave with more clarity, new perspectives, and your concrete next steps.

Is this for you?
- You are looking for someone for a confidential exchange at eye level: to think out loud, sort things, and develop them further.
- You want an unbiased outside view and are curious about perspectives, questions, and aspects you can’t see yourself right now.
- You know that everyone has perception filters, blind spots, strengths, and room to grow, and you want honest, appreciative feedback on what you may not notice right away.
- You have something on your mind that you want to think through together: an idea, a decision, a challenge, or simply a topic that needs room to develop.
Who I work with
Managing directors, leaders, entrepreneurs, and doers who carry responsibility, make decisions, and shape change.
Sparring can take place as a one-off or on a regular basis.
A single session when something is on your mind or moving you.
Or ongoing support as a confidential space for thinking and reflection.
