Training
I believe learning is most effective when people, in a safe setting and with a little courage, make their own experiences, discover new perspectives, and experience for themselves what change makes possible. Trainings create a space for this: for reflecting, trying things out, learning together, and growing. This is how insights emerge that last beyond the training day and come alive in everyday work.
My trainings combine proven communication methods, systemic perspectives, mental exercises, and creative impulses with concrete experience from practice. It is important to me to offer different ways of learning, make existing strengths visible, and open up new options for action.

Clarity
Find clarity and focus when things get complex.
Don’t solve everything. Recognize what matters.
Too many demands. Too little time. Conflicting expectations. Difficult decisions.
When complexity shapes everyday leadership, clarity becomes a leadership task.
This format focuses on what truly matters in demanding situations: self-leadership, priorities, decision-making, presence, and personal effectiveness.
For leaders and teams who keep an overview under pressure, make good decisions, and move clearly into action.
02
Connection
The Conflict Staircase: Stepping Off in Time.
Recognize conflict. Name what is already in the room. Connect people.
Disagreements are part of everyday working life. But small irritations can quickly turn into tension, misunderstandings, and conflict, especially when they stay unspoken for too long.
Conflicts often have deeper roots than are visible at first. Like a river, much lies beneath the surface: different perceptions, needs, expectations, and realities.
In this training or workshop, leaders and teams learn to recognize conflicts early and to better understand their dynamics. They learn to get to know other perspectives and realities, to address difficult situations, and to stay in the conversation even when it becomes challenging.
The aim is to be able to express what truly matters to you calmly, clearly, and with strength, without losing sight of the other person.
The Conflict Staircase offers orientation: Where are we right now? What is needed now? And when is it time to step off in good time, before tension turns into escalation?
Possible topics
- Understand the Conflict Staircase and recognize your own patterns
- Spot conflicts and their underlying causes early
- Get to know your own and other people’s realities and perspectives
- Recognize early warning signs of tension and escalation
- Lead difficult conversations with courage, calm, and a constructive approach
- Express what truly matters to you clearly and with strength
- Stand by your own position while staying open to other perspectives
- Prevent escalation and regain room to maneuver
- Use conflict as an opportunity for greater understanding and better collaboration
For leaders and teams who want to handle conflicts constructively.
03
Change
Lead and grow together when things are in motion.
Possible topics
Shape change. Develop teams. Move the future together.
New structures. New roles. New strategies. New team constellations.
Uncertainty. Resistance. Differing expectations.
Change doesn’t only challenge processes. It challenges people.
When things are in motion, it takes leadership that provides orientation and teams that can grow together. It is about understanding change, making different perspectives visible, and turning uncertainty back into room to maneuver.
- Change leadership: leading change clearly and humanely
- Providing orientation: even when not all the answers are in yet
- Understanding uncertainty and resistance: instead of quickly seeing them as a problem
- Taking people along: strengthening participation and ownership
- Leading teams through change: strengthening collaboration and team identity
- Clarifying roles and responsibilities: when structures change
- Developing new solutions: together instead of going it alone
For leaders, teams, and organizations facing change, realigning, or wanting to shape their next step of development together.
For people who see change as an opportunity to grow and want to lead and shape it actively.
Tree topics. Three formats.
